What You’ll Do

Understand & Analyze Business Needs : Work closely with founders and domain experts to understand how the MICE & Corporate Travel business operates and translate it into functional, logical workflows.

Design Logical Frameworks : Map out how different modules of the platform interact — creating clear, intuitive workflows for both business and tech teams.

Collaborate on UX / UI Design : Bridge user expectations with design and ensure product interfaces are intuitive and data-driven.

Own the Quality Mindset : Participate in validating features, identifying user experience gaps, and ensuring delivery excellence while being accountable for quality.

Engage with Real Users : Interact with end-users to identify usability challenges, adoption barriers, and improvement areas.

Communicate Clearly with Developers : Convert business logic into functional requirements, explain system behaviors, and ensure technical clarity.

Contribute to Release Planning : Assist in managing sprints, release notes, and prioritization with the tech and product teams.

Research Automation Solutions : Constantly explore APIs and third-party tools that can replace manual processes with smart automation.

Evolve with the Product : Keep refining the product vision, aligning it with emerging technologies and user expectations.
