Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sourcing Manager (Channel Sales Manager) with a strong background in onboarding and managing Channel Partners in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of driving high-value sales (₹7 Cr and above) through channel networks, especially within the Western Suburbs of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Acquisition & Engagement

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing channel partners across Mumbai, with a primary focus on Western Suburbs.
  • Build and maintain long-term, performance-driven relationships with CPs to expand the company’s sales network.
  • Conduct regular project briefings, training sessions, and engagement activities to keep CPs aligned and motivated.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Collaborate closely with CPs to support lead generation and facilitate end-to-end sales closures.
  • Jointly plan and execute sales strategies with CPs to ensure consistent revenue from high-ticket residential and commercial projects.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Assist CPs in client interaction and conversion, offering support throughout the buyer journey to enhance closure rates.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and CP network, ensuring effective communication and execution of project-specific plans.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Monitor real estate trends, competitor activity, and CP performance to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Recommend strategic improvements and contribute to pricing, positioning, and channel initiatives based on real-time market data.
  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed and accurate data on CP performance, lead tracking, and sales status using CRM tools.
  • Share periodic reports with the Sales Head / Segment Lead to track KPIs and highlight new opportunities.
  • Networking & Brand Presence

  • Actively participate in real estate forums, events, and networking platforms to strengthen CP base and brand visibility.
  • Explore untapped partner bases in Central & Navi Mumbai as a secondary focus area.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of the Western Suburbs real estate market
  • Experience in handling sales of ₹7 Cr and above per unit
  • Strong CP network across Mumbai
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and lead management platforms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
