Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Export Executive to manage and streamline our export operations. The ideal candidate will handle export documentation coordinate with international clients and freight forwarders ensure timely shipment dispatch and maintain compliance with export regulations. The role also involves maintaining export records preparing MIS reports and supporting business growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export documentation as per international trade requirements.

Coordinate with clients CHA shipping lines and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.

Ensure compliance with export regulations LC terms and customs procedures.

Maintain shipment records and track export performance.

Support the export manager in developing new overseas markets and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Commerce/International Business or related field.

Minimum 3.5 years of experience in export/import operations.

Strong knowledge of export documentation INCOTERMS and logistics.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
