Job Title : Pre-Construction Coordinator
Location : Remote Working
We are seeking a proactive Pre-Construction Coordinator to manage the seamless submission and tracking of
applications and essential documents, ensuring meticulous document control and upkeep of electronic
folders. The core responsibilities of this role encompass :
- Facilitating applications for Electric, Gas, and Water Point of Connections (POC & CSEP) with network
operators and Asset Values (AV) post-review by estimators for key information identification.
Monitoring, recording, and expediting the entire process, including NewEnquiries / Requotes / Revalidations and Expiries within specified timelines.
Maintaining electronic folders and initiating purchase orders for switchgear as per instructions fromDesigners and Project Managers within strict timeframes.
Assisting the design team in processing offer acceptances, customer communication for vitaldocumentation acquisition, and ensuring timely task execution, tracking, and follow-up within set
deadlines.
Establishing consistent communication and coordination with Tender Engineers / Designers andexternal entities.
Ensuring prompt submission of all relevant correspondence to the appropriate points of contact.Supporting Department Manager and Directors with administrative requirements as needed.Contributing to ongoing business process improvement initiatives within the team.Qualifications / Experience :
Previous administration and / or document control experience in a technical or highly regulatedenvironment is preferred.
Prior experience in the utility sector is advantageous but not mandatory.Key Skills / Attributes :
Exceptional organizational skills are fundamental.Approachable demeanour with excellent communication abilities.Proficient in MS Excel.Capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative.Strong team player with adaptability to evolving tasks and departmental growth.Calm and mature approach to handling responsibilities.
