As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a highly scalable and secure identity service platform. This role offers the opportunity to design and lead critical engineering efforts while collaborating with global teams across multiple product lines. You will be hands-on in building authentication solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security at scale. Accountabilities :

In this role, your core responsibilities will include :

• Designing, developing, and leading engineering initiatives for authentication platforms using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Driving the implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions built on top of Keycloak or similar IAM platforms.
• Collaborating closely with product and development teams to deliver new features and elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentoring team members, fostering technical excellence, and encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Applying project management skills to coordinate initiatives that may span multiple teams and business units.
