Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business requirements and Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures Implement and manage network automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior network team members Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in network security and infrastructure Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director IT Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 4+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Meraki technologies Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification Cisco Meraki certification (e.G., CMNA, CMNO) In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols Experience with network automation and scripting (e.G., Python, Ansible) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical Experience in the legal services or healthcare industry Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 1.1 and NYDFS 500.03
