The Role : Sales Director

We are looking for four high-performing Sales Directors to lead regional growth in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. This is a strategic leadership role for individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment, have deep-rooted connections across the HealthTech ecosystem, and possess a proven track record of selling digital media, event sponsorships, content monetization and strategic brand partnerships.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experienced digital media sales professional with a flair for strategic thinking and flawless execution.
  • Strong network across healthcare startups, hospital CXOs, Big Tech, government stakeholders, academic institutions, and venture networks.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to large tech players, closing event sponsorships, and securing media partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the HealthTech industry, B2B sales, and CXO-level engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue & Client Acquisition :

  • Lead revenue generation via advertising, sponsorships, digital offerings, CXO roundtables, and bundled media partnerships.
  • Pitch and close deals with hospitals, startups, corporates, and government bodies.
  • Strategic Sales & Growth Execution :

  • Build and execute region-specific sales strategies to drive DHN's presence.
  • Conceptualize and sell customized events, innovation challenges, and knowledge initiatives.
  • Business Development & Partnerships :

  • Forge partnerships with industry bodies, accelerators, and innovation councils.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
  • Leadership & Regional Ownership :

  • Drive DHN's visibility and revenue in your region with complete ownership.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and lead by example.
