Role : L3 Wifi Engineer

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Continuously monitor managed Wi-Fi networks to ensure optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network problems and perform root cause analysis on connectivity or performance issues.
• Client Support : Provide direct support to clients for all Wi-Fi related issues including configuration authentication network access and consistent performance. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• System Maintenance : Perform regular updates and maintenance on network hardware (like routers switches and access points) and software to ensure security and efficiency. This includes applying patches and upgrading systems as necessary.
• Installation and Configuration : Assist with the installation and configuration of Wi-Fi hardware and management software. Set up user accounts permissions and access controls according to security policies.
• Performance Optimization : Analyze network traffic usage patterns and client feedback to optimize the performance and scalability of Wi-Fi networks. Make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades to improve overall service quality.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding network configurations processes and service records. This documentation should be regularly updated and available for audits and compliance checks.
• Training and Guidance : Provide training and guidance to users on how to utilize network resources effectively. Create user manuals and FAQ resources for client reference.
• Security Compliance : Ensure all managed Wi-Fi networks comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding data security and privacy. Implement and manage network security tools and protocols such as firewalls VPNs and encryption technologies.
