To support our continuous growth, we are looking for SFMC Tech Architect to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.

Experience :
  • 8+ Years
  • Qualification :

    • BE / B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc (CS)
    • Required Technical Expertise :

    • Expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set including SFMC, Datorama, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer Data Platform.
    • 8+ years experience in Pardot and should implement three end-to-end implementations.
    • Mandatory skill : Marketing cloud personalization, preferably
    • Familiar with several areas of Salesforce Platform e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
    • Drive conversations with the Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for Salesforce Interaction Studio such as System Integrations, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance.
    • Execute on a 1 : 1 marketing vision that unifies a customers experience on the Web, Mobile App, and Email.
    • Complex data modelling to combine data from the Web, Email, Mobile, and Data Warehouses to build a unified view of a customer.
    • Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
    • Strong ability to write best practice code in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
    • Deep knowledge of the SFMC platform.
    • Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation studio.
    • Experience in delivering projects using Agile-based methodology.
    • Knowledge of AMP Script and HTML.
    • Social connectors such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads and Google analytics.
    • Deep knowledge of Campaigns and Campaigns ROI report is a must.
    • Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g., Zoom, Zapier)
