Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist(American accent is must). The Customer Support Specialist will handle inquiries and issues from clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting customer concerns, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to identify and resolve problems and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction techniques
Fluent in English(American accent is must)
Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues
Analytical Skills to assess problems and implement effective solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in customer support for american citizen is must
Answer inbound telephone calls as well as customer inquiries in other channels (email, chat, SMS) as needed in a courteous, timely, and professional manner following established guidelines and policies
Make outbound calls as necessary based on business needs
Experience in US Mortgage domain is preferrable.
