Job descriptionPrepare detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control wiring diagrams, and cable Select appropriate electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, sensors, Design and document PLC I / O modules wiring for machine controls. Generate complete and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement and Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards (IEC, NEC, UL, CE) and Collaborate closely with mechanical designers, controls engineers, and manufacturing Support prototype assembly and troubleshoot electrical systems during build and Continuously review and optimize electrical designs for performance improvement Maintain thorough electrical documentation, design revisions, and implement change Participate actively in design reviews and contribute to project planning and execution Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 4–8 years of hands-on experience in electrical design for manufacturing equipment, Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (Preferably E_CAD 2024) and EPLAN for Strong knowledge in selection and application of electrical components (e.g., Sound understanding of sensors (proximity, photoelectric, vision sensors) and motion Experience in creating BOMs, SLDs, control panel layouts, machine cabling, wire Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as IEC, NEC, UL, and safety Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured, methodical Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Experience in PLC / Automation system integration including basic knowledge of Knowledge of designing machine safety systems (Emergency Stops, Safety Relays, Exposure to 3D electrical design tools such as SolidWorks Electrical is an Exposure or understanding of Mechanical Design and Drawings. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with strong
expertise in designing electrical systems for manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate
should be proficient in AutoCAD Electrical (E_CAD 2024) and EPLAN, possess strong
knowledge of electrical components, servo motors, drives, PLC I / O modules, sensors,
motion devices, and be capable of producing complete and accurate Bill of Materials
(BOMs), Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and other essential electrical design documentation.
Experience : 8 - 15 Years
