Compensation : ₹20,000 / month + Performance Bonus

Shift : Flexible hours between 7 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST

About the Role

Adtitude Digital is hiring fresh graduates and students in their final year for a fully remote Sales and Operations Associate role. This role is best suited for individuals who want to start their careers in Sales, operations and Business Development.

Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will not be considered.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift remote role.

Candidates must be comfortable working on screenshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination
• Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain task lists, deadlines, and deliverables
• Track ongoing projects and update internal teams
• Operations & Reporting
• Maintaining Sales data and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Slack
• Help improve workflows and operational efficiency
