The Innkeeping Co. Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team in Jaipur. We are a collection of intimate, design-forward hotels where service is warm, attentive, and rooted in a spirit of true hospitality.

Role Overview :

As an F&B Service Associate, you will be part of our dining team, ensuring seamless guest service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private dining experiences. You will play an important role in creating memorable moments through genuine interaction, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide professional, engaging, and warm service to all guests.
Set up and maintain dining areas as per hotel standards.
Take orders accurately and deliver food & beverages efficiently.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
Support the F&B leadership team in creating memorable dining experiences.

Candidate Profile :

Prior experience in F&B service is preferred, but passionate freshers are welcome.

Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.

Ability to work in a boutique hotel environment with flexibility and positivity.

Professional appearance and a high level of personal grooming.

Team player with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
