Job descriptionConfigure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows. Support month-end / year-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches. Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps. Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements. Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy. Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation. Maintain governance, access control, and audit compliance.
Remote (PST Hours) | Experience : 3+ Years
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance; NetSuite certification preferred.
- 3+ years in NetSuite Financials (GL, AP / AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting).
- Strong in month-end close, report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite).
- Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements.
- Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon / eBay).
- Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).
- Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation.
- Excellent in problem-solving, documentation, and explaining real-world scenarios.
