Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Faculty role based in Navi Mumbai. The Fulltime Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering entrepreneurship-focused course content, mentoring students, and fostering innovative thinking. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures, evaluating student progress, and guiding practical projects. The selected candidate will also contribute to program development, collaborate with other educators, and engage in initiatives that promote entrepreneurial growth.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching, curriculum design, and mentorship skills
• Expertise in entrepreneurship, business development, and innovation
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
• Experience in project management, team collaboration, and organizational development
• Master's degree or higher in Entrepreneurship, Business, Education, or related disciplines
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience in entrepreneurship is preferred
• Passion for nurturing aspiring entrepreneurs and driving economic impact
