Senior Product Design Director

We are seeking a strategic product design leader to spearhead the development of our super-app for the African food delivery market.

This role combines management and hands-on work, providing exposure to a fast-moving Silicon Valley startup while allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

The ideal candidate will possess :

• A minimum of 7+ years' experience in product design with a proven track record of launching successful consumer applications.
• Demonstrated leadership in product design from concept through to launch.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, systems design, and advanced UX principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Significant experience in senior design roles at leading companies.

We offer a fully remote opportunity to lead the architectural design of a user-friendly interface for our mobile platforms (iOS / Android) and website, collaborating with C-suite to turn business objectives into an intuitive enterprise-level product experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to develop an end-to-end product design strategy for our core product, create a user-centric design approach that addresses diverse cultural contexts within African markets, and manage another product designer and the complete design process from user research to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
