Lead Desktop Engineer

This role is for a Lead Desktop Engineer with a strong background in both Jamf (for macOS / iOS) and Intune (for Windows) . The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive experience in desktop engineering, capable of managing a team, handling customer escalations, and ensuring compliance across all devices.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Escalation Management : Handle customer interactions and manage technical escalations effectively.
• Mitigation Management : Oversee and implement mitigation strategies for technical issues and security risks.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 8 desktop engineers.
• Reporting : Generate detailed reports on hardware, software, assets, and compliance.
• Compliance : Ensure all devices and configurations adhere to company and regulatory compliance standards.
• Device Management : Utilize Jamf for managing macOS and iOS devices and Intune for Windows devices.
