HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. You'll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and communication, while working closely with the HR and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Maintain HR databases and documentation.
• Support onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing HR documents and ensuring compliance with policies.
