About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate excels at communication, problem-solving, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and leadership.
- Identify project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across project workflows.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and company expectations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of proven experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum certification, or equivalent.Experience leading cross-functional teams in [industry—optional].Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and KPI tracking.
