Full Stack Developer – AI & Agent Systems

Numerize is transforming accounting for restaurants with AI-powered automation, and we’re looking for a technically strong full stack developer to build intelligent AI systems, scalable applications, and transformative products. You’ll work closely with CXOs and founders, taking ownership of core features while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.

Build multi-agent systems with complex workflows, tool integration, and decision-making capabilities.

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and knowledge bases.

Create conversational AI interfaces with memory, context management, and multi-turn interactions.

Integrate various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) into agent architectures.

Full Stack Development

Develop responsive web applications with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

Build robust backend APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.js.

Design and implement SQL / NoSQL databases for storing conversation history, user data, and agent knowledge.

Create real-time communication systems using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.

Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

System Integration & Optimization

Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations for AI workflows.

Build monitoring and logging systems for agent performance and user interactions.

Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI-powered applications.

Technical Requirements

Frontend :  React.js, Vue.js, Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS / styled-components

Backend :  Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js / Express, REST / GraphQL, microservices

Databases :  PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

AI / ML Frameworks :  LangChain, LangGraph, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), RAG systems, embeddings, memory management

Cloud & DevOps :  AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI / CD pipelines

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years full stack development experience or exceptional internship projects

Hands-on AI / ML development experience (LLM integration, agent systems)

Ownership mindset & problem-solving approach

Passion for F&B tech and building impactful AI products

Collaborative mindset to work directly with founders and CXOs

Bonus Skills

Experience with additional agent frameworks (AutoGPT, CrewAI, Haystack)

Fine-tuning and training custom models

Streaming responses and real-time AI interactions

AI safety, content filtering, and responsible AI practices

Knowledge of knowledge graphs, NLP research, and MLOps
