▷ (Urgent Search) Finance Manager

At OnlineMed, we’re building the fastest, most reliable, and most trusted way to get a doctor’s note — anywhere in the world. What started with a simple problem (“why is this so hard to get?”) is turning into a product millions will rely on.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who will own our finances end-to-end. This is not a passive reporting role. You’ll take full command of our books, cash, and forecasts — ensuring that leadership always knows, to the penny, where we stand and where we’re going.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the books perfectly accurate — daily reconciliations, zero sloppiness.
• Maintain real-time visibility into cash, working capital, and runway.
• Build and own forecasts, salary caps, and hiring budgets.
• Track every dollar : where it is, where it’s going, and why.
• Set up the right systems, dashboards, and tools for 24 / 7 clarity.
• Work with our CPA on tax strategy and compliance.
• Manage payroll, invoices, and upcoming obligations — no surprises.
• Provide weekly finance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
