Vice President Portfolio Operations

We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Leader to head our Data & Integration Operations team. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration, ideally with experience in fintech or financial services. You’ll be the senior-most representative on-site, responsible for team growth, operational excellence, and culture.Key Responsibilities- Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data & Integration Operations team.- Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support, and operations.- Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.- Build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.- Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.- Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.- Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.Requirements- 10+ years of people and team management experience.- Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people.- Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.- Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other Arcana locations.Nice to Have- Experience working with or managing distributed / global teams.- Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of startup environments.
