Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - E2E Implementation

Description :

We are actively hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion Cloud Payroll.

The ideal candidate will support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support activities across payroll modules in multi-country enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll, including payroll elements, balances, costing, retro-pay, and payroll configuration.
• Develop and manage Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts for payroll processing and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to Payroll Interface and integration development and troubleshooting.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for payroll modules.
• Support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancement projects.
• Handle production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations for multi-country setups.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and system configuration guides.
