A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas. Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product. Experience with LangGraph / LangChain or similar, vector databases, and the pros / cons of various LLMs
As a Tech Lead Manager (TLM), you will be in a hybrid role that combines senior technical leadership with people management. You will act as a "multiplier," balancing hands-on work with team leadership. This will be to work on our AI Transform product
What You’ll Do
- Own the architecture and execution of major systems.
- Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and design.
- Manage a small team of 3–6 engineers.
- Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50 / 50).
- Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.
