Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Manager. Based in Bengaluru, the role allows for some work from home. The Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing content for social media platforms, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include planning content calendars, writing and editing posts, monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to enhance the company's online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices
• Ability to create engaging and high-quality content
• Basic photography and cinematography skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, graphic design or a related field is preferred
