Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Automation Engineer to spearhead the design implementation and continuous improvement of Web and Mobile automation frameworks across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise capable of driving automation best practices and mentoring teams for successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement industry best practices for Web and Mobile automation across the enterprise.
• Design and develop scalable maintainable and reusable automation frameworks for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Estimate design develop and execute automated test cases based on business requirements and application architecture.
• Analyze application architecture product environment and dependencies to apply suitable testing methodologies.
• Build and maintain automation roadmaps and guide teams in their automation adoption journey.
• Ensure test scripts are scalable maintainable and regularly optimized to reflect mobile / web app changes.
• Evaluate existing automation practices and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to establish foundational automation practices including code reviews and adherence to organizational coding standards.
