We are hiring for TOP MNC for Talent identification (IT & Non IT)- Talent acquisition, recruitment, end to end recruitment, offer letter generation, sourcing (US / Canada Staffing experience is must)

Note - Experience in International Talent Acquisition (US / Canada)

Note- Must have strong exposure in- Bulk Hiring- 1000 - 3000 hiring annually, Blue Coller Hiring, Client Management, Vendor Management, RPO or Contact Centre hiring, Employee Querry Management, Global Contact Centre (GCC)

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 11 - 16 Years

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days

Shift - US shift Night Shift

Work Mode- Work from office.

Experience of experience and salary :

11- 16 Years, Associate Manager (IC Role)- 10LPA - 19LPA

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate.

Skills Required

• RPO / Contact Centre experience is must.
• Must have experience in Bulk hiring.
• Client Facing, Stakeholders, Vendor Management.
• Talent identification recruiter role (Non IT & Hiring)
• Talent acquisition, recruitment, end to end recruitment, offer letter generation, sourcing
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work from office and in night shift.
