Role OverView -
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups. In this role, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive key people strategies, foster engagement, manage performance, and enhance the overall employee experience across all employment types

The People Team at Lokal App plays a critical role in building a performance-driven, inclusive, and engaging culture. We manage the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, development, performance, compliance, engagement, and offboarding—ensuring alignment with our business goals and values.
What You’II Do -
Onboarding & Integration
Own and drive the end-to-end onboarding process for all employee types—FTEs, interns, contractors, freelancers, and conversion casesCollaborate with hiring managers to design tailored onboarding plans that ensure role clarity, early productivity, and cultural immersionIdentify and implement process improvements to make onboarding more scalable and impactfulEmployee Engagement & Culture
Design and execute proactive strategies to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retentionChampion a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and growth across teamsConduct regular pulse surveys and partner with leadership to act on insights meaningfullyLaunch innovative engagement programs that go beyond the usual playbookPerformance Management & Development
Lead the entire performance cycle—goal setting, mid-year / annual reviews, 360° feedback, and PIPsDrive intern conversions, probation reviews, and performance coaching conversationsPartner with managers to strengthen team development and accountability frameworksCompensation & Benefits
Manage ESOP administration, bonuses, and final settlements with precision and discretionEvaluate and improve benefit offerings to align with employee needs and market trendsDrive data-backed conversations around total rewards strategyHR Analytics & Reporting
