The Role

This isn’t a vanilla sales job — this is account ownership .

You’ll work in tandem with a Talent Acquisition Executive , forming a high-performing duo that drives revenue, client success, and repeat business.

You’ll sell outcomes, not empty promises — delivering real hires, fast.

Think of it like this : you bring in the client, your TA partner fills the roles, and together you make that account your personal recurring revenue stream.

What You’ll Do

Own client relationships from first pitch to recurring business .

Work hand-in-hand with your TA partner to deliver on every hiring promise.

Identify, pitch, and close new clients for GoodSpace’s AI-powered hiring solutions.

Set revenue targets and smash them — no excuses.

Keep your pipeline active, your CRM clean, and your follow-ups deadly consistent.

Use data and insights to upsell, retain, and expand existing accounts.

Represent GoodSpace as the face of modern, intelligent hiring.

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, recruitment sales, or staffing business development .

You’re a closer — confident, persuasive, and outcome-obsessed.

You can talk to founders, HR heads, and CXOs and make them want to buy.

You think in terms of numbers : pipeline, conversion rate, revenue per account.

You’re comfortable in chaos — startups, targets, and tight deadlines don’t scare you.

Bonus Points

Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services .

Exposure to account-based sales or recurring revenue models.

Knowledge of how hiring cycles and talent pipelines work.
