IBM Integration & MQ Support Engineer (AWS)
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 7 – 10 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 / L3 support for IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS .
- Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Lead or assist in IBM MQ migration to AWS EKS using Stateful Sets for high availability.
- Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis , and implement fixes.
- Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.
