Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job description1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or similar. Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports. Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus. Exposure to automation tools is an advantage but not mandatory. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and QA's role in them. Basic knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps, web apps, and backend APIs.
- Test new features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
- Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.
- Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics.
