Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for broadband and fixed connectivity initiatives.
• Work with network engineering, architecture, and stakeholder teams to define functional and technical needs.
• Support CPE-related processes, provisioning flows, and broadband service lifecycle.
• Manage project dependencies and ensure smooth communication across teams.
