Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US IT Staffing
Onsite / Hybrid (No Remote) | US Shift | 3–6 Years Experience

Headway Tek Inc. is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development professional to join our US Sales team.
What You’ll Do :
- Drive outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and connect with decision-makers
- Pitch Headway Tek’s delivery capabilities and set up qualified meetings
- Hunt new business opportunities within US-based staffing firms and tech companies
- Coordinate closely with delivery and recruiting teams to align prospect needs
- Maintain lead data, track KPIs, and manage CRM activity
- Contribute to a high-impact, performance-driven growth function
What We’re Looking For :
