Strategic Support :
Support the Real Estate Team in analyzing Market Holding Capacity to facilitate decision-making for new store openings (NSO).Coordinate with the Network Planning Analyst and Operations teams to share insights and learnings with the Real Estate team.Collaborate with the Finance business partner to share intelligence on occupancy cost learnings and their impact on strategic planning.Execution :
Lead and manage all lease renewals, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiations as renewal volumes increase year over year.Handle renegotiations and relocations of store leases to optimize occupancy costs and align with strategic business objectives.Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
