We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Understand client requirements & coordinate with internal teams (design, content, ads, tech)

Build & maintain strong client relationships

Track project performance, prepare reports & present results

Handle client escalations smoothly

Business Development :

Identify & generate new business opportunities

Research potential clients, pitch services & prepare proposals

Follow up on leads & convert prospects

Collaborate with management to achieve targets

Stay updated with digital marketing trends

Requirements :

MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications (or related)

2–3 yrs experience in client servicing, account management, or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency)

Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Content, Web Dev.)

Ability to multitask & manage multiple accounts

Self-motivated, target-driven & a team player
