We are looking for an entrepreneurial and outcome-oriented team leader for our Electronics Business Unit . This is a high-impact role responsible for scaling our EMS operations, leading business development teams, and driving growth across new and existing customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EMS value chain, experience in customer-facing roles, and the ability to build a strong customer base within a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Target Ownership : Own and drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closure – for electronics manufacturing.
- Customer Growth : Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Program teams to acquire new customers and expand share of wallet with key accounts.
- Operations Coordination : Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high reliability.
- Strategic Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with EMS suppliers, component vendors, and technology partners.
- Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and lead a team of junior business development professionals.
- Innovation : Work with internal stakeholders to digitize workflows and improve customer experience through platform initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
