Job Description Position : ERP Delivery / Project Manager / Senior ERP Manger

Department : Implementation

Qualification : Bachelors or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or information technology or science Degree, or equivalent experience.

Experience : 4-6 Years

∙ Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer business requirements with precision and clarity.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Providing training, guidance, and product coaching to ensure optimal usage of ERP systems.
• Develop and deliver customized ERP solutions, including integration, configuration, and deployment tailored to client requirements.
• Create detailed data maps and transaction workflows to support accurate data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Drive client-specific enhancements, customizations, and component development during ERP implementation.
• Conduct client-facing workshops, training sessions (group and individual), and onboarding programs to ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to maintenance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, timely communication, and relationship management.
• Work closely with Sales Teams and Support Teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Support project scope documentation by providing task breakdowns, effort estimations, and resource requirements.
• Consult on risk strategies and operational designs, offering solutions that align with business goals.
