Festivals From India is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Managers to join their client ASIGN's Art Sales team in Bengaluru. These roles are focused on executing sales, achieving revenue targets, and building strong client relationships. While prior experience in the art industry is a plus, we are primarily looking for professionals from luxury sales, lifestyle, or related sectors who can bring in strong relationship management, communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Essential Qualifications : A Master’s degree in Journalism, English, or related field Strong communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal Competency in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Essential Experience : 3-5 years of experience working as a digital content creator or writer Experience working in creative brands and developing brand strategies preferred Awareness and interest in social media and digital communication trends is a must Experience working in diverse teams and prior experience working for a structured company Key Personal Attributes & Skills : Creative individual with drive, sincerity and ability to work efficiently and accurately according to instruction Ability to collaborate and work with a team to achieve common goals Highly organised and detail-oriented with good observation skills Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Conscientious attitude with the ability to handle precious projects with care Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
