THE GIG
As the Manager HR Systems in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :
Lead a continuous evolution of our HR systems, including HRIS, payroll & recruitment systems
Develop and maintain the HR Systems roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
Be able to operate with minimal supervision, managing the team and day to day activities
Manage a team of HRIS specialists to create a high performing innovative team that will deliver solutions to meet the needs of the business in multiple locations
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Own the HR Systems backlog, prioritizing features to maximize business value.
Collaborate with analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR Systems.
Lead sprint planning and align the team with Agile best practices
Lead the technical aspects of HR System projects and rollouts
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Must-Have Experience :
12+ years working in a lead role with HR systems .
Proven experience with HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce
Proven Experience with Global payroll systems and services
Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems
Hands-on experience configuring HR systems
Experience in leading HR systems implementation projects in multiple countries
Technical Skills :
3-5+ years experience of Ceridian / Dayforce
Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce is a benefit
HR Systems
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
