Job Summary
Responsible for business systems, process development, support, and training within the Supply Chain Management organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support & Coordination Provide primary support to all BU, BU sub-sectors, and SCM sectors;
secondary support to GCM and other SCM groups.
Data & Analysis Develop KPI dashboards and metrics packs for executive review.Drive KPI improvement with sites, BUs, and sectors.Analyze and drive opportunities for consignment, VMI, and payment terms.Forecasting & Tools Develop tools for accurate forecasting by BU.Implement mechanisms to review and improve forecast accuracy.System Expertise Act as SME on ACE for SCM;support pricing cycles.
Ensure SAP pricing field integrity.Develop supply chain scenario modeling (LVHM, VMI, consignment).Reporting & Decision Support Provide ad hoc reporting.Conduct supply market and industry analysis.Manage bonus systems and rebate collections.Collate and report costs, forecasts, actuals, and variances.Other Responsibilities Support IMAC requirements and SCM initiatives.Assist with onboarding and job descriptions.Comply with safety and security policies.Knowledge Requirements
Advanced PC skills;ERP / MRP expertise.
Proficiency in Excel, Jabil DB, Rapid Response, SAP, ACE, etc.Xcelsius knowledge preferred.Strong analytical, project management, and statistical skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.Minimum 3 years in technical supply chain roles (Purchasing, Planning).Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
