Job descriptionMicrosoft Azure : Expertise in Azure services, especially Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365. Virtualization Technologies : Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing virtual desktop infrastructures. Automation and Scripting : Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure ARM templates, and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and automation tasks. Networking & Identity Management : Strong knowledge of networking principles, Azure AD, Active Directory, and security best practices. Windows 11 Environments : In-depth experience with managing and optimizing Windows 11-based virtual desktops. Cloud Integration : Experience integrating AVD / W365 with existing cloud and on-premises systems, including security and compliance frameworks. Monitoring and Performance Tuning : Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and performance optimization tools for virtual environments. Migration Experience : Experience migrating from traditional desktop virtualization platforms like Citrix to AVD / W365. Cost Management & Cloud Optimization : Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and licensing models for virtual desktop solutions. Leadership and Communication : Strong leadership abilities, with experience guiding teams and stakeholders. Clear, concise documentation and training materials creation. Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or similar certifications preferred. 10+ Years

- The candidate will play a key role in architecting secure, scalable, and efficient virtual desktop environments tailored to business needs, driving the integration of cloud technologies, and optimizing performance and security.
- Given the responsibility for leading technical teams, creating documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance, this position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a thorough understanding of enterprise IT environments, and proficiency in modern automation and cloud management tools.
