Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Automation & Integration Specialist / Developer to help design and implement business process automations using Make.com and related tools. This role focuses on understanding existing workflows and translating them into efficient, scalable automations that improve productivity and data flow across systems. (Specifically using Make.com to automate processes in (and data flow into and out of) Monday.com. External systems as destination or source include : PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MS PowerBI, Tableau and Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations and workflows using Make.com .
  • Customize and extend our Monday.com instance to support operational needs.
  • Work with SQL Server , Power BI , and Linux-based systems to move, transform, and visualize data.
  • Document automation logic and maintain clear records of workflows and dependencies.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- ability to understand business processes and work with end-users to maximize effectiveness of automations.
  • Experience with Make.com (or advanced expertise in similar automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Exposure to Power BI and Linux environments is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Location : Bangalore

    Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST (5-day work week)
