Job descriptionProvide hands-on technical leadership in AI / ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analytics. Drive innovation with generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques. Lead design and implementation of scalable AI architectures using modern technologies. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and & Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple AI initiatives, balancing priorities and timelines effectively. Advocate agile methodologies and iterative development processes. Stay current on AI and machine learning advancements, tools, and frameworks. Drive experimentation with new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve AI capabilities. 7 to 9 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related software engineering fields. Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, preferably AI or Data Science focused. Strong expertise in AI / ML algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling. Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other data science programming languages. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI / ML services. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Experience in deploying AI models in production environments, including CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Excellent communication and stakeholder management Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
