Position Overview

We are seeking young, dynamic, and academically strong teachers who can teach & mentor students of Classes 8–12. The role involves teaching as well as content development, student engagement, and participation in outreach through Drishti's YouTube and other platforms.

Note : Candidates with expertise in multiple subjects may apply for more than one position.

The Kind of Teacher We Are Looking For

We want teachers who are not just educators, but mentors and motivators — individuals who can communicate complex ideas with clarity and connect naturally with school students.

Key Attributes

• Ability to conduct both live and recorded classes for Classes 8–10 or 11–12, based on subject expertise.
• Preferably below 30 years of age, energetic, adaptive, and confident on camera.
• Candidates from diverse regional, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds (UP, Bihar, Punjab, MP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc.) are encouraged to apply
• Strong academic command over NCERT syllabus and awareness of State Board variations (especially UP, Bihar, MP and Rajasthan).
• Ability to develop and create impactful learning material.
• Pedagogical style marked by storytelling, humor, motivation, and academic discipline.
• Digitally proficient with tools such as Zoom, PowerPoint, and learning management platforms.
• Professional, punctual, and open to feedback and teamwork.
