Business Integration Project Manager

The Business Integration Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of business integration activities following acquisitions and corporate development initiatives.

This role will work closely with senior leadership functional teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition of operations, systems, and processes focusing on business continuity, regulatory compliance, and value creation.

Responsibilities include supporting integration projects across functions, developing project plans, timelines, and milestones, monitoring progress, highlighting risks and dependencies, preparing presentations, reports, and updates for leadership, conducting analysis to identify synergies, efficiencies, and process improvements, and ensuring integration activities comply with pharmaceutical industry standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in project management, corporate development consulting, or pharmaceutical operations with exposure to M&A or integration projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment.
