Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Gurugram. The role includes managing and growing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate. The individual will also facilitate negotiations, ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License.

Customer service skills to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with clients.

Experience and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property practices.

Sales skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet revenue targets.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.

Graduated in any field and real estate qualification is a plus
