About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
US Documents Specialist
to manage, verify, and process employment-related documentation for our US operations. The role requires familiarity with US HR forms, compliance standards, and excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding of employees.
Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process US HR / employment documents (I-9, W-4, W-2, 1099, etc.).
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and internal documentation policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Coordinate with recruiters, HR teams, and candidates for timely collection and submission of documents.
Track pending documentation and follow up to avoid delays.
Assist in audits and compliance checks related to employee documentation.
Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and integrity.
