Job description

Inventory hashtag Planning & Control at Modi Naturals will be responsible for hashtag planning, monitoring, and managing inventory levels of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) across all plants . The role ensures timely material availability in line with production schedules while optimizing working capital , driving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Planning & Monitoring.

Plan & monitor inventory levels of RM and PM across all plants.
Forecast hashtag#material requirements in line with production schedules & market demand
Maintain optimal stock levels to balance availability and working capital.
Coordination Across Plants, Vendors & Supply Chain
Collaborate with plant teams to ensure smooth material and accurate tracking.
Align inventory plans with dispatch schedules, inbound shipments & production timelines.
Coordinate with PM vendors for timely deliveries and support vendor performance reviews.
Liaise with procurement, production & logistics for seamless supply chain execution.

Systems, Reporting & Compliance :

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / inventory management systems.

Track inbound & outbound material flows and resolve discrepancies .

Monitor slow-moving, aging, or excess inventory and initiate corrective measures.

Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization :

Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reduce wastage , and prevent stock-outs. \

Support initiatives for vendor performance improvement & supply chain efficiency.

Contribute to process standardization for RM & PM handling across plants.

Key Competencies :

Strong knowledge of inventory planning & materials management.

Proficiency in ERP / inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics preferred).

Analytical & forecasting skills .

Excellent communication, coordination & stakeholder management.

Problem-solving orientation with focus on process & cost optimization .

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in supplychain, Operations, Engineering, or Commerce (MBA preferred).

2-5 years of relevant experience in inventory planning / supply chain operations.

Exposure to multi-plant operations & vendor coordination will be an advantage.
