DPS Sushant Lok (Gurugram), DPS Kota, DPS Kangra, Apple Blossom Pre-Nursery (Gurugram), The Tribhuvan School (Patna) and The Tribhuvan College (Neemrana).

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement for our group schools from our Gurugram head office, reporting to the Group Admin Head and supporting all school admin teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement for all group schools.
• Support school admin teams for timely fulfilment of requirements.
• Vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and rate finalisation.
• Consolidation of school requirements for bulk purchasing.
• Manage purchase orders, documentation, and compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor budgets.
