Are you an experienced GPP (Global Payplus) professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, system integration, and production support?

Join our team as a GPP SME / Lead and be the key liaison between Unisystem and Finastra , driving excellence in implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Onsite GPP expert and primary contact for all GPP-related queries or issues.

Liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams for seamless coordination.

Participate in LLD (Low Level Design) and ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops, providing valuable input on design and system integration.

Act as the Configuration Expert for customers and support both system and business configuration .

Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, and Oracle queries.

Support SIT / UAT / NFT phases through issue resolution, test scope reviews, and clarifications.

Analyze and troubleshoot production issues , recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades.

Review and participate in walkthroughs of technical and functional specifications and use cases .
